 * avahi-bookmarks: Mention twisted.web in twisted error message
 * bootstrap.sh: Change interpreter to #!/bin/sh
 * configure.ac:
   - Allow --with-distro=none to bypass check for supported distro
   - Add check for the pkg-config binary
