Add scripts testing filetransfer.

- txttest transfers a file into one direction.
- bidirtest transfers a file both ways simultaneously.
bidirtest [new file with mode: 0755] blob
txtest [new file with mode: 0755] blob
Light-weight, user-space implementation of RFC 793.
